Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Sure, welcome to put a sample order to check the quality: the parts themselves, the packaging and our service, we are your one-stop shopping center.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: We have plastic parts, mechanical parts and electrical parts, all with different lead time, please check with us by the detail parts list, our team will confirm and send you an accurate time.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q4:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship the sample goods by DHL,UPS, Fedex or TNT. It normally takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are for option, if the goods are not in big volume, airline is recommended, if it’s with high quantity, we suggest shipping by sea, our goal is to make the shipping cost effective and in time.

Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: *For E-Z-GO,CLUB CAR, E-Merge, if you have parts code, please forward to us, we’ll check the code and confirm with you, if you don’t have code, send us the picture or what cart this parts used on, we’ll check get back to you with the details;
*Once all the specification or dimensions are confirmed, we’ll have a PI or contract to be signed to make it a formal order;
*Clients place deposit as contract agreed, we start to prepare goods according to lead time;

Q6.What’s the guarantee policy for after-sale service?
A: *For easy wearing parts, we promise the goods we provide are with good quality and intact, any damage occurred during shipping, please feedback to us as soon as you received them, we’ll contact carrier to solve the problem;
*For golf cart electrical parts, we have 1 year, 2 years and 6 years guarantee for different items, which will list in the
contract, and we’ll strictly obey the rules and take the responsibilities for all the products we offered(Operation false cause by users are not included in this clause).
