A: Sure, sample orders are available to check the quality, including the parts themselves, the packaging and our service. We are your one-stop shopping center.

Q2. What about the turn around time?

A: We have plastic parts, mechanical parts and electrical parts, different parts will have different turn around time. Please check with us by the detail parts list, our team will confirm and send you an accurate time.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship the samples by DHL,UPS, Fedex or TNT. It normally takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are for option, if the goods are not in big volume, airline is recommended. We suggest shipping by sea if you are ordering in large quantities. We are willing to help you choose the best shipping way to make the biggest profit and also ensure the efficiency. 
								
Q5. How to proceed an order?

A: For E-Z-GO,CLUB CAR, and E-Merge, if you have parts code, please directly forward to us. We will check the code and confirm with you. If you don’t have codes, send us the picture or what cart these parts used on, we’ll check and get back to you with the details.

*Once all the specification or dimensions are confirmed, we’ll have a PI or contract to be signed to make it a formal order;

*Clients place deposit as contract agreed, we start to prepare goods according to the leading time;

Q6.What’s the guarantee policy for after-sale service?

A: For easy wearing parts, we promise the goods we provide are with good quality and intact, any damage occurred during shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive them, we’ll contact the carrier to solve the problem;

For golf cart electrical parts, we have 1 year, 2 years and 6 years guarantee for different items, which will list in the

contract, and we’ll strictly obey the rules and take the responsibilities for all the products we offered(Operation false cause by users are not included in this clause).
